Try before you buy

Ten questions from every certification are free, with no account and no card required. The content is the argument — we would rather you judge it before paying than regret it after.

The policy

Study days and your exam date

A pack gives you the number of study days shown on it, to use within 12 months of purchase. A study day is only counted on a calendar day (UTC) on which you actually study that certification, so days you do not study are not used up, and a later exam date does not cost you anything. Your dashboard shows the study days you have used, those you have left, and the date your pack expires.

If your examination is rescheduled to a date after your 12-month period ends, or something outside your control keeps you from using the pack before it expires, write to support@assetronx.com before it expires. We will extend the period once, free of charge, to cover the new date. Tell us the new sitting and we will set the new expiry to match it.

How to request one

Email support@assetronx.com from your account address with the order reference. Refunds are executed by the merchant of record named at checkout — they are the seller of record, and statutory withdrawal rights (including the EU/UK 14-day right, and its lapse when you consent at checkout to immediate access) follow their checkout flow and terms. Money returns by the method you paid with.

What a refund ends

A refunded pack's access and its remaining study days are removed at the time the refund is issued. On a non-refundable purchase, stopping study early or leaving study days unused does not create a refund — a pack is sold as a set number of study days within a fixed period, not as a subscription (see Terms, sections 4 and 10).
